Urgent concerns and emergencies.

For urgent dental concerns, call (205) 254-8555 to discuss appointment availability. Voicemail and email are not continuously monitored, and leaving a message does not guarantee an immediate response. Follow any recorded after-hours instructions; if you cannot reach the office and need urgent attention, seek an available emergency dental provider.

For difficulty breathing or swallowing, severe bleeding that will not stop, or a serious facial or jaw injury, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately. Do not wait for an office callback.

Insurance, financing and VA care.

Confirm your exact insurance plan and network with the office and insurer before care. Acceptance does not necessarily mean in-network participation. Estimates do not guarantee payment. Any financing depends on the actual provider’s terms and approval, if applicable. VA-funded community care requires the applicable eligibility, referral and authorization.

Privacy and communication.

Do not send patient records, diagnoses, insurance identifiers, Social Security numbers or payment information through ordinary email or the employment form. Call the office for the appropriate process to share records and request its Notice of Privacy Practices. This website-use disclosure is not the practice’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Employment inquiries.

The Careers form collects contact details, professional experience, availability, résumé and recruitment consent. It sends submissions through FormSubmit to the practice mailbox. See the form’s third-party privacy link before submitting. Do not use it for patient information. Contact the office to request removal of recruitment information or stop follow-up.
