“Can I use my insurance here?”

Our office works with most dental insurance plans. Call before your visit so we can confirm whether we can work with your specific plan and explain the appointment process.

Acceptance of an insurance plan does not necessarily mean the practice is in network. Participation can differ by plan, employer group and network, even under the same insurer’s name. Please verify with both the office and your insurer.

ALABAMA DENTAL PLAN RESOURCES

Have one of these plans? Ask us.

The insurers below offer dental options in Alabama. This is a starting point for your questions, not a confirmed list of our network contracts or a guarantee that a particular plan is accepted.

Don’t see your insurer? Call us. Your plan may still be one the office can work with.

Questions to ask before treatment.

Benefit verification and pretreatment estimates are not guarantees of payment. Your insurer determines benefits under your policy, and you remain responsible for applicable patient charges.

Planning for dentures or mini implants?

Coverage varies by treatment and policy. Ask about the exam, imaging, extractions, denture components and implant-related services individually so you understand potential costs before deciding.

No insurance?

Call to discuss appointment fees and current payment options. The office can explain costs for your proposed care. Financing or payment arrangements, if offered, must be confirmed directly.

Veterans: ask about authorized care.

VA Community Care uses a separate eligibility, referral and authorization process. A commercial dental insurance card does not replace VA authorization.
